Refer them to us and you will get rewarded up to $1000 after 432 hours of their employment with us. The referral bonus will be doubled if the employee comes to us with an ongoing assignment that will be transferred to us as an employer.
*Please note that most of the positions we have will require candidates to work at our customer locations after the pandemic is over. We are looking for candidates who are open to working anywhere in the USA.

When the employee's annual salary is up to $50,000, you will receive $500. If the annual salary exceeds $50,000, the referral reward will be $1,000.
When a candidate is employed by our partner facility and works with us for at least 432 hours, the referral is considered successful.
You can earn double rewards if you refer an employee who is already working on a client assignment for another employer and transfer the project to us.
Referral bonus/commission will be paid after 432 hours of successful employment with us.
For one year of service, you will get a 2% bonus based on the revenue we collect from the customer. For example, if you referred a customer and we did $500,000.00 in business with the customer in the first year, you will earn a $10,000.00 referral bonus. After one year of service, you will not get a referral benefit for services provided to a customer.
A referral is deemed successful if the referred customer begins working with us within 6 months of the referral.
Referral bonuses/commissions will be granted at least once a month after a client is billed for services until one year with the referred customer is completed.
You can refer as many candidates/customers as you would like.
When you submit a referral, you will receive an email confirming your referral. Send an email with the information of your referral to info@medicores.com to check the status and/or outcome of your referral. Our team will respond to you within one business day.
It is not necessary. If you are not an employee, your referral bonus will be paid as a 1099 or a contractor payment, with any required withholdings.
